Policy and procedures

The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act) provides enhanced protection for public officials who make disclosures in accordance with the provisions of the PID Act.

½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþstaff and contractors to ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþare able to report allegations of serious misconduct by public officials (including other ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþstaff and contractors) via email to pid@asic.gov.au.

Disclosures can be made to your People Manager or to an Authorised Officer. ASIC's Authorised Officers are:
