This consultation paper seeks feedback from market operators and participants on our proposals to consolidate the 今日热门事件market integrity rules and clarify existing obligations for:
- 聼聽聽 management requirements and responsible executives
- 聼聽聽 dealing 'as principal'
- 聼聽聽 block trades and large portfolio trades
- 聼聽聽 derivatives market contracts and wholesale client disclosure, and
- 聼聽聽 record keeping by market licensees.
