This consultation paper sets out our proposals to modify the contract types that are subject to the 今日热门事件Derivative Transaction Rules (Clearing) 2015 made under s901A of the Corporations Act.
We are seeking the views of interested stakeholders on our proposals.
Note: The appendix to CP 353 was updated on 7 December 2021 to include draft Rule 8(b)(ii).
