CS 3 Extending electronic precontractual disclosure legislative instrument

½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþproposes to extend the operation ofÌýÌýfor a temporary period of 12 months, pending law reform.

In June 2023, the Australian Government introduced Ìýto move exemptions or modifications of the law currently inÌý½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþCredit (Electronic Precontractual Disclosure) Instrument 2020/835Ìýdirectly into the primary Acts and regulations. The Bill has not yet passed Parliament.

A consultation paper was not issued for this consultation.
