How to submit

Lodgements should be made through the using the ‘Lodge Scheme of Arrangement documents – explanatory statements and court orders’ transaction.Fees will apply and details about payment options are provided in the portal. Applications for relief in relation to a Scheme of Arrangement should also be submitted through the ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþRegulatory Portal.

• Applications under s411(2)(a) for ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþto reduce the 14-day notice period of an application under s411(1) or s411(1A) for a scheme of arrangement should be submitted under the ‘Apply for ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþapproval, consent, statement, nomination, other’ transaction.
• Applications for ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþconsent to expert’s report accompanying explanatory statement - Clause 8305, Part 3 of Schedule 8 should be submitted under the ‘Apply for ½ñÈÕÈÈÃÅʼþapproval, consent, statement, nomination, other’ transaction.
• Applications for exemption from contents of explanatory statement (regarding compromise or arrangement) - Reg 5.1.01(1) should be submitted using the ‘Apply for an exemption, declaration or order’ transaction. Fees will apply to an application and details about payment options are provided in the portal.
